Client Advisor - Aviation
Marsh is seeking candidates for an Associate Client Advisor position based in the NYC, Chicago, Atlanta, or Dallas office. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence 3 times per week.

Join Marsh's best-in-class Aviation team, delivering expert broking and strategy solutions to help clients manage risk with confidence. In this role, you will develop an understanding of clients' business priorities, risk strategies, and risk management needs to provide knowledgeable advice to complex clients. You will also help identify the need for new products and develop innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Act as the lead advisory colleague on medium-sized, less complex books of business.
- Develop an understanding of clients’ business strategic priorities, risk strategies, and risk management needs to provide tailored advice.
- Utilize risk expertise and knowledge of the industry and insurance marketplace to review clients’ exposures and loss experience, developing solutions for standard client needs.
- Execute renewal and placement strategies in conjunction with the Placement, Advisory Leader, and Client Executive, following client instructions.
- Assist in presentations to prospective clients and develop innovative solutions to gain new clients and projects.
- Partner with Placement to receive, negotiate, and evaluate quotes from carriers to deliver the best options to clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day service needs.
- Maintain quality in all client deliverables, including monitoring delivery and invoicing to ensure client satisfaction.
- Complete policy management activities and deliver reviewed policies to clients, addressing inquiries as necessary.
- Keep abreast of changing market conditions and contribute to the firm’s body of knowledge within the product line through active internal communication.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience along with Marine experience.
- P&C license is required, or the ability to obtain one.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay
The applicable base salary range for this role is $92,500 to $197,100. The base pay offered will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.
Schedule
This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence 3 times per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.
