Responsibilities

• Help clients find the BMW that best fits their lifestyle and needs
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up
• Conduct product presentations, answer customer questions, and provide accurate vehicle information
• Create new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
• Become a trusted BMW product expert
• Deliver a premium purchase experience from first contact through vehicle delivery
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals while contributing to a high-performing team

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Qualifications

We encourage automotive sales experience, but do not require it. We value experience in luxury retail, real estate, hospitality, financial services, or other consultative sales environments. Guided by success, proactive, and committed to personal and professional growth.

Pay

Annual Estimated Earnings Range: $48,200 - $158,700. This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission on individual payable gross, and bonuses based on individual units sold, and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.

Schedule

• Full Time
• Department Hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 7:00pm, Saturday: 9:00am - 6:00pm, and Sunday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
• 5-day work week with 2 consecutive days off
