About the role
The Client Accounting Services (CAS) Department Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the CAS department, ensuring efficient and accurate financial reporting and support services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial reporting and support services for clients
- Manage a team of accountants and support staff
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
- Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- CPA certification preferred
- Experience with financial software and systems

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
