Client Accounting Analyst - RPS Collections Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepares monthly or quarterly journal entries and financial statements
• Reconciles monthly bank and investment statements
• Records client invoices and payments
• Performs collections tasks
• Prepares payables
• Researches and resolves invoicing problems with vendors

Requirements

• High School diploma and 2 years' accounting experience
• Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Great organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

About You

Preferred: Bachelors degree preferred. QuickBooks experience desirable.
