Accounting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own daily and monthly bank and account reconciliations
• Prepare and post journal entries to the General Ledger
• Take the lead on Accounts Payable processing and reconciliation
• Play a key role in month-end close and financial reporting
• Support treasury and cash management functions
• Dig into discrepancies and help keep the books airtight
• Build reports using Excel skills that matter

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Sharp GL and bank reconciliation skills
• Accounts Payable experience
• Confidence with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks) is a plus
• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (preferred)

Qualifications

• Detail-driven accounting pro
• Willing to build something real with a company that invests in its people

Skills

• Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• GL and bank reconciliation skills
• Accounts Payable experience
• ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks) is a plus
