Client Accountant-Entry Level
Hybrid role in Livingston, NJ (three days per week onsite). Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
About the role
CSC US Funds Solutions’ group is seeking a Staff Accountant with 0-2 years of experience. The candidate will manage multiple client deliverables, ensuring superior client service within a matrix reporting structure for client services.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements and support schedules (GAAP and other basis).
- Prepare capital call and distribution calculations, and prepare and distribute letters.
- Handle investor and compliance reporting.
- Engage in daily client interaction.
- Manage internal responsibilities such as status reports and time tracking.
Requirements
- BS Degree in Accounting (CPA or CPA candidate preferred).
- Experience in portfolio/investment and partnership accounting is a plus.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF/THEN, XIRR, SUBTOTAL, ROUND, named ranges).
- Investran experience is a plus.
- Able to multitask and perform tasks under strict deadlines.

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000 to $75,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on job location, knowledge, and experience.
