Client Account Manager
Position Summary
J. J. Keller is hiring a Client Account Manager! This role offers a flexible, varied work environment where you can make a meaningful impact daily. You'll build strong relationships with clients, help them navigate regulatory requirements, and ensure seamless service delivery.
Job Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage the client relationship.
Service as the primary interface in an advisory role between J. J. Keller and assigned clients.
Educate clients on regulatory requirements, provide interpretations and best practices.
Identify program improvement opportunities to meet and improve safety program objectives.
Monitor client responsibilities to ensure compliance with service requirements.
Analyze compliance trends and develop formal improvement programs if applicable.
Maintain confidentiality of client information under the FCRA, HIPAA, and other regulatory entities.
Adhere to the department's data security policies pertaining to Personal Identification Information.
Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams on complex client inquiries.
Aid in the implementation team for new clients.
Maintain expertise in applicable local, state, and federal regulations to educate and clarify clients.
Qualifications
2+ years of total office experience.
1+ year of client services experience in a professional services environment desirable.
Post-secondary education in a business-related field preferred.
In lieu of degree or experience, a combination of education and related office experience is considered.
Experience with J. J. Keller services desirable.
Other Skills/Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Word with intermediate Excel skills required.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to apply regulatory knowledge in various situations.
Independent decision-making skills.
Physical Requirements
Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time. Occasional travel to customer sites and/or industry and training events may also be required, depending on assignment.
