About the role
The Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business growth by managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline management through contract negotiation and closing. This role will work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to develop strategic relationships and deliver solutions aligned to customer needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline management, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing
- Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders and executive decision-makers
- Identify and pursue target accounts using a strategic, account-based approach
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop account strategies, roadmaps, and sales tactics
- Deliver presentations, product overviews, and consultative discussions aligned to customer needs
- Coordinate the preparation of bids, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and pipeline activity
- Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management within Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Provide market feedback and contribute to sales and marketing strategy discussions
- Develop a strong understanding of the MCIM platform, solutions, and value proposition
- Build trusted advisor relationships with clients by demonstrating business and industry knowledge
- Contribute to a collaborative sales culture focused on growth and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle and closing deals
- Experience identifying target accounts and navigating complex organizations
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
- High energy level with the ability to build credibility quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
