Client Account Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process rate requests for firm offices, including approving, correcting, and updating client and matter billing rates.
- Maintain billing rates, attorney assignments (billing, originating, and responsible), and related changes in Aderant.
- Cookordinate with attorneys, billing teams, and legal administrators to implement approved rate changes.
- Review and correct attorney pre-bills, including disbursement accuracy.
- Coordinate with team members on best practices, process improvements, and departmental initiatives.
- Provide comprehensive support for client intake processes and rate programming in collaboration with the firm’s pricing team.
- Perform data entry and ad-hoc reporting as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience working in a law firm finance department.
- Working knowledge of a fully integrated accounting system (Aderant experience preferred).
- Law firm rates programming experience preferred.
Pay
The hourly rate range for this position is $28.00-$39.00. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, location, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
