About the role

Responsible for driving digital marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans, analyze data to inform strategy, and oversee creative execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing initiatives
  • Analyze data to inform and optimize marketing strategies
  • Oversight of creative design and production
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations
  • Experience with social media platforms and content creation
  • Knowledge of email marketing and automation tools
  • Understanding of PPC advertising and ad networks
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management

Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
