CLEVELAND Help Desk Specialist (Part-Time) - Information Technology (IT)
Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Help Desk Specialist provides timely, responsive, and accurate support and problem resolution to the Firm's lawyers and staff. Responsibilities include receiving and logging calls, emails, and voicemails; troubleshooting end user incidents; fulfilling service requests; and providing proper escalation and follow-up on all issues. The Help Desk Specialist may be asked to provide documentation for problem solving measures on various applications.
Required Qualifications
- Must be located in close proximity to northeast Ohio.
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in computer technologies preferred.
- Previous experience as help desk specialist or in an IT related support role preferred.
- Demonstrate ability to perform in positions of responsibility, preferably in a legal environment.
- Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and Windows 7/10 preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Aptitude for learning new software products and applying troubleshooting skills to assist callers.
- Able to work with minimal supervision as well as work in a team environment.

The starting pay range for this Cleveland position is $26.00 - $30.00 an hour.
