Clerk Supply Chain

About the role

Under the direct supervision of the Supply Chain Manager, provides for receiving, storing and issuing of hospital merchandise and assists with inventory. Responsible for the staging of excess materials to be shipped and put away at off-site warehouses, maintaining necessary reports and logs to track vendors and materials used within the hospital. Additional responsibilities may include the receipt, issuance, and delivery of materials and equipment involved in the distribution system of McLaren Health Care Corp. Utilizes current online computerized inventory system for the accurate allocation of supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Stages excess materials for shipping and storage at off-site warehouses
• Maintains necessary reports and logs to track vendors and materials used within the hospital
• Assists with the receipt, issuance, and delivery of materials and equipment involved in the distribution system of McLaren Health Care Corp.
• Utilizes current online computerized inventory system for the accurate allocation of supplies and equipment

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3 months of computer experience
• 3 months of related experience

• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
