About the role
- Basic business requirements such as attendance, punctuality, good work habits, good personal hygiene;
- Advanced education in communication, reading, and math;
- Processing software;
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
- Excellent oral and written skills, follow-through and organizational skills;
- Office administrative skills;
- 10-key calculator.
- Preferred SAP knowledge.
Requirements
- A high school diploma/GED or equivalent.
- Must have the physical ability to perform the essential functions of the job, including but not limited to: driving a "sit-down" or "stand-up" fork truck, using a "walking" or "riding" pallet jack, having excellent vision and depth perception to avoid injuries to self and others and damage to materials.
- Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds.
Qualifications
- Must assure improved productivity within the Logistics Department by providing effective and efficient administrative and customer service support.
- Must organize and maintain adequate filing systems for department forms, correspondence, and reports to ensure documents are easily accessible and files remain current.
- Must monitor, assist or forward incoming telephone calls as needed in a professional and courteous manner.
- Must provide administrative assistance as needed to ensure a smooth flow of operations of the department to include photocopying information, faxing information, setting up meetings, etc.
- Must conduct trailer inspections.
- Must complete recalls & mock recalls.
- Must post BOL’s, allocate STO’s, check drivers in and out.
- Must cycle count, track and research inventory issues and discrepancies, update various reports via MS Office.
- Must perform all responsibilities within the policies, procedures, and code of ethics of the Company.
- Must maintain effective communication with superiors, co-workers and other departments, receiving and communicating verbal information accurately and timely, responding to requests for information and materials in a timely manner, and coordinating processing of incoming and outgoing written information.
- Must continue to improve ability to work with software that will streamline the operation of the office and improve presentations, reports, memos and systems software.
- Must perform the flow of all raw materials and finished products into and out of the freezer and dry warehouse using SAP and RF, checking and distributing reports/registers and posting and allocating trucks.

Pay
- The pay range for this position is $20 - $25 per hour.
Schedule
- The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
