Clerk, Returns (Guitar Resolver)
About the role
The Clerk, Returns position provides administrative support for the delivery, receipt, processing, and shipping of returns merchandise. This positions primary focus is guitars and qualified candidates must have knowledge and understanding of the anatomy of a guitar and outer/inner functionality.
Responsibilities
- Bill-of-lading management
- Aged transfer resolution
- Return-to-store label generation
- Schedules delivery and pick-up appointments
- Requests, monitors and receives purchase orders from the Support Center
- Researches inventory issues; physically checking and creating warehouse storage locations
- Additional duties as assigned
Language Skills
Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.

Qualifications
- 1 year of relevant work experience
- Knowledge and understanding of the anatomy of a guitar and outer/inner functionality
- Novice proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Novice proficiency with standard business applications such as the internet and email with an aptitude to learn systems used in an automated warehouse environment (PkMS, Smart Info, etc.)
- Novice knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, spreadsheet creation, and other office procedures and terminology
