About the role

This position involves checking medical claims status with insurance companies for claims filed on behalf of Northern Montana Health Care, as well as working with patients to resolve accounts where there is patient responsibility. Additional duties include coordinating patient financial assistance documents and researching patients who have moved without leaving a forwarding address.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
