Clerk Materials Distribution

About the role

The Materials Distribution Clerk receives, stores, and distributes inventory and non-inventory supplies. Responsibilities include performing inventories, issuing equipment, materials, and supplies to departments via picking, packing, delivery, and restocking. Data entry and general warehouse duties are also part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventories and issue equipment, materials, and supplies to departments
• Pick, pack, deliver, and restock items as needed
• Enter data accurately into the system
• Handle general warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two years of basic technical or occupationally-specific training in automated inventory control
• Valid driver’s license
• Compliance with SJHS Fleet Management & Safety Program

Qualifications

• Basic technical or occupationally-specific training in automated inventory control
• Work requires the ability to resolve problems using basic scientific, mathematical, or technical principles

Pay

Salary range provided to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
