Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (Possible Weekends) 2:30 am until work is complete

Job Description

The Clerk Inventory is responsible for tracking full goods, pallet, and shells throughout the respective system by performing the following duties:

  • Counts materials in stock and posts totals to inventory records daily
  • Compares physical inventory against book inventory
  • Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies
  • Performs weekly date code check to ensure product rotation
  • Maintains all outgoing and incoming full good shipments and reconcile with SAP
  • Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management

What You Need To Succeed

  • Minimum of 18 years old
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies
  • Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines
  • Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets
  • Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology
  • Ability to demonstrate oral/written communication and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with all functional team members
  • Effective planning and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 6 to 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Powered Industrial Equipment experience preferred
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Frequent standing and walking

  • Frequent use of hand trucks/dollies to deliver product
