Responsibilities
Specific Responsibilities For Supply Chain Clerk
- Accurately process shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions in SAP/WMS systems
- Prepare and validate documentation that supports revenue recognition, freight costs, and inventory valuation
- Ensure logistics transactions align with customer orders, contracts, and shipping terms
- Identify and correct transactional errors that impact revenue or expenses
- Review inventory adjustments, movements, and transfers for accuracy
- Partner with Cycle Counters to research and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records supporting inventory integrity and audits
- Follow internal controls and financial compliance requirements
- Support internal and external audits
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
- Understand basic function of line replenishment, shipping and/or receiving processes
- Understand proper use of material handling equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, scanners, banding machines, shrink wrap machines, etc.
- Frequent communication with Supply Chain Managers, Supervisors, Group Leads, and Team Leads
General Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling meetings or production planning tasks
- Respond to internal inquiries
- Support Supervisors with administrative tasks
- Help maintain compliance with company procedures and safety policies
- Read and understand the written work instructions for job duties and responsibilities
- Practice Stop, Call, Wait Authority
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of clerical, logistics or inventory experience
- Proficiency with SAP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel
- Passing score (75+) on internal Qualification Exam for Clerk in Logistics Dept

Preferences:
- Associate degree
- PIV Certification
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Schedule
1st Shift - 6:30am to 3:00pm, with overtime until 5:00pm as needed. Employees are also generally expected to work two Saturdays per month to support operational needs.
Pay
The hourly range for this position is $18.50-$21.25. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
