Responsibilities

  • Maintain complete and compliant digital and physical records and supporting documents for all cases
  • Verify property details, authorizations, and required signatures
  • Cook with internal departments to resolve discrepancies, or missing documentation
  • Maintain exceptional accuracy in all entries to reduce processing errors
  • Prepare periodic reports and/or simple financial analysis
  • Provide problem resolution to client families with past-due accounts
  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication
  • Complete routine office tasks including scanning, filling, data entry, mail distribution, and document organization
  • Process payments, issue receipts and follow internal cash-handling procedures

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative support experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Computer knowledge (Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, HMIS, word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software)

Compensation

$22-$25/hr.
