About the role
It is expected that the Branch Manager will stay in compliance with established policies and procedures, oversee the daily operations of the branch, and supervise Personal Bankers. The role directs the overall sales activities and focus of the branch on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities
- Perform a broad variety of sales and customer service functions, including:
- Opening new consumer and commercial accounts
- Processing all types of consumer loans and mortgage applications
- Handling small commercial lending requests
- Answering questions concerning sales, existing products, and services provided by the bank from customers and branch staff
