Clearance Outlet Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
• Maintains product levels daily to achieve bottom line sales budget against targets.
• Manages payroll costs and operating costs to budget.
• Ensures Team Members deliver excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Safeguards store locations to reflect the Goodwill brand appropriately.
• Promotes Goodwill mission through partnerships with community businesses and organizations.
• Serves as a Goodwill ambassador to the community.
• Trains and develops store leadership.
• Trains and educates Donation Attendants on excellent customer service and proper donation handling.
• Trains and ensures Team Members operate according to company standards and procedures, including Security, Health and Safety.
• Collaborates with support areas to drive business goals and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Manages performance management, staffing, compensation, and development of Team Members.
• Models Goodwill Core Values and drives company culture change efforts.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Five years’ work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift
• Five years’ customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
