Cleanroom Testing and Certification Technician

Core Responsibilities

• Aid in the certification and testing of sterile compounding environments (USP , USP , and related standards)
• Support HVAC performance verification in cleanroom and controlled environments
• Perform environmental monitoring, airflow testing, and HEPA filter integrity testing
• Document certification results and assist in report preparation
• Maintain testing equipment and ensure calibration compliance
• Follow regulatory, safety, and quality procedures
• Travel to customer sites as required
• Participate in company-sponsored certification training programs
• Effectively coordinate with other team members as requested or assigned
• Avoid client, team member, or operational challenges by being aware of and working in a manner that supports the organization’s vision and defined business objectives
• Contribute to the quality control of service delivery with all individual work product production
• Collaborate with other team members in a manner that assists with rapid identification and escalation to Supervisor of any client, team member or operational challenges

Qualifications & Competencies

• 1 - 2 years of work experience
• Trade school, technical school, or associate degree in HVAC, mechanical systems, electrical systems, or related field preferred
• Entry-level candidates welcome
• Basic mechanical aptitude required
• HVAC coursework or hands-on experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow technical procedures and regulatory standards
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and airflow principles
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in mechanical spaces and cleanroom environments
