Cleanroom Testing and Certification Technician
Core Responsibilities
- Aid in the certification and testing of sterile compounding environments (USP , USP , and related standards)
- Support HVAC performance verification in cleanroom and controlled environments
- Perform environmental monitoring, airflow testing, and HEPA filter integrity testing
- Document certification results and assist in report preparation
- Maintain testing equipment and ensure calibration compliance
- Follow regulatory, safety, and quality procedures
- Travel to customer sites as required
- Participate in company-sponsored certification training programs
- Effectively coordinate with other team members as requested or assigned
- Avoid client, team member, or operational challenges by being aware of and working in a manner that supports the organization’s vision and defined business objectives
- Contribute to the quality control of service delivery with all individual work product production
- Collaborate with other team members in a manner that assists with rapid identification and escalation to Supervisor of any client, team member or operational challenges
Qualifications & Competencies
- 1 - 2 years of work experience
- Trade school, technical school, or associate degree in HVAC, mechanical systems, electrical systems, or related field preferred
- Entry-level candidates welcome
- Basic mechanical aptitude required
- HVAC coursework or hands-on experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow technical procedures and regulatory standards
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and airflow principles
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in mechanical spaces and cleanroom environments
