Cleanroom Fill Lead (Mon-Thurs 3:30p-2:00a)

Key Responsibilities

• Cooking techs to ensure adherence to manufacturing schedule
• Ensuring scheduled cleanings in the cleanroom are performed as required
• Maintain proper inventory control in the cleanroom
• Preparing sterile products per applicable batch records
• Performing environmental monitoring in the cleanroom as needed
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring it is within calibration
• Informing supervisors of problems that may arise
• Stocking the cleanroom with supplies and chemicals
• Ensuring that strict procedures are used in and around the cleanroom facility
• Cleaning of the general shipping and receiving area
• Cooking with the Manager to ensure a steady and efficient workflow is conducted
• Cooking with the Trainer to ensure personnel have proper training, in addition, lead cleanroom technician will assist in development of training materials
• Ensuring all cleanroom personnel are adhering to all applicable Standard Operating Procedures
• Cleanroom technician will be the point of contact for communication within the cleanroom
• Personnel will help in development of Standard Operating Procedures and process improvements
• Personnel will ensure cleanroom technicians are operating aseptically at all times

Basic Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisor experience preferred
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods of time and shall have no allergies to chemicals that might be used during compounding
