Explore your future at[Fagron Career Site](https://fagron.jobsmarket.site/pages/en-gb/jobs). ## About The Job [The Cleanroom Compounding Technician will assist in the compounding activities inside classified areas and remain gowned inside an ISO 8 environment for 6+ hrs.]{contrast="auto"} **[Key Responsibilities]{contrast="none"}** [High level of attention to detail with the ability to multitask.]{contrast="auto"} [Responsible for assisting in the set-up of daily activities including staging of batches, equipment cleaning/sanitization and set-up, and documenting in batch records and logbooks.]{contrast="auto"} [Meet Right First Time (RFT) metrics by reducing error / deviations and completing corrections in a timely manner.]{contrast="auto"} [Maintain adherence to SOPs, cGMPs and the manufacturing schedule.]{contrast="auto"} [Aid in inventory control by properly documenting components and materials used on corresponding paperwork.]{contrast="auto"} [Ability to receive and maintain an ISO 8 and High Potency Compounding gowning qualification (training will be provided).]{contrast="auto"} [Be able to complete periods of standing up to 6hrs per shift and be able to twist and lift product material during job shift.]{contrast="auto"} [Assume other duties and responsibilities as directed by supervisors.]{contrast="auto"} ## Basic Qualifications [High school diploma or equivalent required.]{contrast="none"} [Minimum of 2 years related experience.]{contrast="none"} [A strong understanding of cGMP and GDP in a manufacturing setting.]{contrast="none"} [Ability to frequently lift/move materials and objects (up to 40 lbs).]{contrast="none"} [Ability to work overtime on weekends as needed.]{contrast="none"} [Able to take direction and work on production requirements as needed (after training).]{contrast="none"} [Solid verbal and written communication skills.]{contrast="none"} [Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.]{contrast="none"} [Excellent attendance and punctuality.]{contrast="none"} [Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).]{contrast="none"} [Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment.]{contrast="none"} [Ability to work with others in a positive and professional manner and to develop and maintain strong working relationships with co-workers and management.]{contrast="none"} [Ability to take initiative, including asking for and offering help when needed; performs work independently without being prompted.]{contrast="none"} [Strong attention to detail and focus on quality, accuracy, and accountability.]{contrast="none"} ## What\'s on Offer?
