Cleaning Technician I: Page Rd Campus

This role ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for community members, staff, and visitors at the IAR facility on the Page Road Campus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning in accordance with the IAR Cleaning Plan
• Sweep and mop floors
• Detail and spot-clean surfaces
• Dust furniture and fixtures
• Empty and remove trash
• Vacuum carpets and rugs
• Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, as scheduled
• Report any concerns regarding staff, equipment, or conditions to the Cleaning Supervisor
• Perform additional duties as needed or requested by the supervisor
• Support special projects or seasonal deep cleaning tasks
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, quality, and safety
• Cover open shifts when necessary
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets cleanliness and quality standards
• Inspect and maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition
• Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions
• Submit facility work requests for repairs or maintenance issues
