Cleaning Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform sanitation and cleaning duties of various areas (may include production areas, warehouse spaces, common areas, offices, restrooms, locker rooms, and exterior grounds)
• Follow the Master Sanitation Schedule, sanitation checklists, and HACCP requirements
• Identify, monitor, and report product protection risks, sanitation deficiencies, pest activity, and facility and equipment conditions
• Assist with daily operational tasks as needed (such as receiving and distributing packages, stocking supplies, shipping, etc.)
• Follow all safety procedures, food safety policies, and standard operating procedures

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution, Experience in manufacturing, food manufacturing, sanitation/cleaning, or warehouse operations, Experience using basic computer programs and functions, Experience operating material‑handling equipment (forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, scissor lift)

• Crouch, stoop, kneel, reach above shoulders, bend, balance, climb, work on ladder, push, pull, grasp, feel, perform fine manipulation, operate foot pedals, lift/carry, sit, stand and walk for extended periods
