Cleaning Team Member - Baraboo, WI

About the role

The Cleaner role provides cleaning services across MBE affiliate properties. It is ideal for someone who enjoys creating clean and welcoming spaces and can support a variety of cleaning needs. Opportunities may be available for day or night schedules depending on the location.

Responsibilities

• Laundry and cleaning of common areas
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and washing floors, windows, counters, bathrooms, kitchens, and other surfaces
• Scrubbing, sanitizing, and maintaining interior spaces to ensure a clean and professional appearance
• Window washing, pressure washing, and other exterior cleaning tasks
• Safely using ladders to complete cleaning and maintenance‑related tasks
• Notifying management of deficiencies or repair needs
• Collaborating with the rest of the cleaning staff
• Following all health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Passionate about laundry, cleaning, and delivering a spotless end product
• Experience in a cleaning role is a plus but not required
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaborate with others
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various properties as needed
• Ability to support a flexible schedule based on property needs

Schedule

This role offers a very flexible schedule. As long as you meet the property’s requested timeline and management approval, you can create your own schedule. Both day and night shift opportunities may be available depending on the location and property needs.
