About the Role

Responsible for the oversight and supervision of custodial technicians assigned to clean client locations. Ensures technician staff adhere to the scope of work, maintain a clean and safe environment, and perform duties such as removing debris, keeping areas neat and tidy, vacuuming and buffing floors, emptying trash receptacles, and replacing trash can linings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train custodial technicians on cleaning techniques and equipment usage.
• Ensure staff clock in and out as required and complete tasks within pre-set time frames.
• Oversee the correct use of personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses and wet floor signs.
• Maintain quality work standards and address challenges or emergencies promptly.
• Train new employees on job duties and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively and listen to team feedback.

Requirements

• Prior cleaning and supervisory experience required.
• Experience with the commercial cleaning industry is a plus.
• Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Results-driven with the ability to resolve challenges and emergencies quickly.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
