About the role
Responsible for supervising cleaning staff and managing daily operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Duties include scheduling tasks, training staff, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage daily cleaning tasks
- Train and mentor cleaning staff
- Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Oversee cleaning supplies and inventory management
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license
