Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure all areas are cleaned according to established protocols.
- Manage staff schedules to meet operational needs while ensuring fair work distribution.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in assigned areas.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and improve service quality.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in janitorial or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry.
