Cleaning Services | Custodial Supervisor: Full Time

About the role

The Custodial Supervisor position is responsible for routine cleaning and specialty work as well as the supervision of custodial services/staff in assigned area(s).

The supervisor will be expected to work closely with other members of management to provide consistently high levels of customer satisfaction by performing regular cleaning quality inspections for all assigned areas.

• Responsible for routine cleaning and specialty work

• Work closely with other members of management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Perform regular cleaning quality inspections for all assigned areas

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of custodial equipment, including side-by-side and carpet shampoo
• Physically fit and able to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Able to walk up and down stairs and routinely walk between campus buildings/areas
• Valid driver’s license required for employment
