About the role

We're looking for Rockstars who know how to hustle, love seeing the immediate results of their hard work, and are ready to earn real money while enjoying a supportive team and a schedule that fits their life. Earn $200–$800+/Week Cleaning Homes. You'll earn 45% commission per house cleaned – guaranteed. No guessing games or quotas. You clean? You get paid. If converted hourly, that's about $16 to $22/hr, depending on your pace and availability. Top performers can earn $1,000+ weekly when they commit to full schedules and top-tier service.

Schedule

All shifts start at 9:00 AM. This is a must so we can efficiently serve our clients and keep routes smooth. You choose how many hours or days you work—but start time is fixed at 9AM. No nights or weekends: We clean during the day only.

  • Follow proven systems and checklists to ensure 5-star outcomes.
  • Keep a friendly and professional attitude at all times.
  • Drive between jobs using your own car.

Requirements

  • Your own personal vehicle (must be reliable)
  • Active driver's license and car insurance
  • Legally authorized to work and fluent in English
  • Dependable, detailed, and always on time
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Pay

  • Commission-based pay (45% per home cleaned)
  • Converted to hourly: $16.00–$22.00/hr based on availability and efficiency
  • Paid weekly
  • Bonuses for 5-star client reviews, referrals, and standout performance
  • Weekly earnings range from $200 to $800, depending on your availability, needs, and performance
  • Top performers can earn up to or over $1,000 per week if they're ready to take on more and go the extra mile
