Requirements

• Your own personal vehicle (must be reliable).
• Active driver's license and car insurance.
• Legally authorized to work and fluent in English.
• Dependable, detailed, and always on time.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Legal immigrants welcome.

Pay

• Commission-based pay (45% per home cleaned).
• Converted to hourly: $16.00–$22.00/hr based on availability and efficiency.
• Paid weekly.
• Bonuses for 5-star client reviews, referrals, and standout performance.
• Weekly earnings range from $200 to $800, depending on your availability, needs, and performance.
• Top performers can earn up to or over $1,000 per week if they're ready to take on more and go the extra mile.

Schedule

• All shifts start at 9:00 AM.
• You choose how many hours or days you work—but start time is fixed at 9AM.
• No nights or weekends—your time is yours!
• Day shift only.
• 4-hour or 8-hour shifts available.
• Monday to Friday.
