Cleaning Person (Casino) - Full Time, Overnights (10pm-6:30am)

About the role

This position typically starts at $16 per hour and works a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays. This role is all about bringing great energy to every shift — showing up on time, in uniform, and ready to make the casino shine. You’ll help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests and teammates with genuine positivity. Each day brings something new as you keep the casino spotless, from cleaning floors and restrooms to giving slot machines a polished, guest‑ready look. You’ll handle spills, trash removal, and occasional biohazard clean‑ups with confidence and professionalism. Responsibilities

• Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance; arrives on time in a clean uniform with required name tag, ID, and licenses, ready to work with a positive, ready‑to‑learn attitude.
• Greets guests and team members warmly and professionally, supporting our Family Style Service culture.
• Works a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Cleans all casino areas, including sweeping, picking up trash, vacuuming carpets and wiping surfaces.
• Cleans restrooms, including scrubbing toilets, sinks, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Deep cleaning of slot machines and stools and wiping surfaces.
• Able to use and operate vacuum cleaners, floor cleaning equipment, dustpans and brooms.
• Vacuums carpet, sweeps and mops tile floors, cleans any spills that occur.
• Clean any bio hazardous materials when it occurs.
• Removes trash from the trash container and place it into the dumpsters.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Communicates effectively and maintains positive working relationships with guests, coworkers, and management.
• Must pass the required background check.
• Report to work in a neat and clean uniform, with slip‑resistant shoes.
• Well‑groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
• Must be able to obtain Missouri Gaming License.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including holidays and weekends.
• Must present a well‑groomed appearance.
• Previous janitorial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of chemicals, shampoos, strippers and wax preferred.
