Responsibilities
- Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance; arrives on time in a clean uniform with required name tag, ID, and licenses, ready to work with a positive, ready-to-learn attitude.
- Greets guests and team members warmly and professionally, supporting our Family Style Service culture.
- Works a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Cleans all casino areas, including sweeping, picking up trash, vacuuming carpets and wiping surfaces.
- Cleans restrooms, including scrubbing toilets, sinks, sweeping and mopping floors.
- Cleans and deep cleans slot machines and stools and wipes surfaces.
- Able to use and operate vacuum cleaners, floor cleaning equipment, dustpans and brooms.
- Vacuums carpet, sweeps and mops tile floors, cleans any spills that occur.
- Clean any bio hazardous materials when it occurs.
- Removes trash from the trash container and places it into the dumpsters.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 yrs. of age.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Communicates effectively and maintains positive working relationships with guests, coworkers, and management.
- Must pass the required background check.
- Report to work in a neat and clean uniform, with slip resistant shoes.
- Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
- Must be able to obtain Missouri Gaming License.
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including holidays and weekends.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.
- Previous janitorial experience preferred.
- Knowledge of chemicals, shampoos, strippers and wax preferred.
- Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.
- Must be able to work independently along with a team mentality.
- Must be able to bend, twist, turn, push and pull, as well as lift and carry above/below the shoulders a minimum of 25 lbs or more.
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time or entire shift.
- Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.
- Is able to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
- Must be able to maneuver around office areas, effectively work in high traffic areas and responds to visual and aural cues.
- Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet.
- Ability to push, pull, lift up to 50lbs and pull or push carts up to 200lbs.
