Position Overview
The Front Desk Representative will greet and direct members, guests, and staff as they enter the gym and provide control of the front door location. Enthusiastically greets each member and guest promptly
Personally checks each member into the gym using the proper check-in procedures
Registers all guests in the gym using proper registration procedures
Affords assistance in creating a clean gym environment including gym floor, locker rooms, amenities, and any other areas needing attention.
