Responsible and accountable for providing cleaning at the properties, providing customer service, and presenting the company in a professional manner at all times.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the cleaning components of the property.
• Achieve targeted resident satisfaction through customer service to attain greater resident retention.
• Sweep, clean, and maintain all common areas of the community.
• Perform cleaning of all vacant units.
• Complete all cleaning requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain records of cleaning performed in all units and at the site.
• Maintain all Justus Property Management tools, equipment, and replacement parts in working condition.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance coverage.
• Occasional need (1% to 33% of the time) to utilize personal transportation to properties and make trips to local supply stores.
• Ability to solve problems with no direction.
• Ability to interpret complex instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form.
• Physical demands: regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear; frequently required to stand, walk, and sit; occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and taste or smell; must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Work environment: exposed to outside weather conditions that are sometimes harsh; noise level usually moderate; occasionally must work in wet or humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts, high/precarious places, around fumes/airborne particles/toxic or caustic chemicals and near risk of electrical shock.
