Job Summary
Aid in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of cleaning and restoration services.
Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma (or GED)
- Adequate math skills
- Basic proficiency in using computers, email, and portable devices
- 1 year of hot-water-extraction cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning
- Training provided for various cleaning techniques and certifications
Responsibilities
- Effectively perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services
- Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance
- Inspect completed work
- Complete the technician’s daily log
- Complete Work Orders
- Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles
- Maintain inventory of related supplies
- Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry
- Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards
