Cleaner Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversees accounts in assigned area, including meeting with customers and resolving issues.
• Performs quality control checks of service areas.
• Ensures all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner.
• Coordinates cleaner’s schedules.
• Interviews and hires cleaning staff.
• Provides training to assigned staff.
• Ensures inventories of cleaning supplies in assigned area meet company standards.
• Performs all janitorial duties necessary in instances of staff shortages.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
