Cleaner/Porter - 100FW - Fri 10AM-4PM, Sat-Sun 9AM-4PM

Maintain Facility

• Maintains a clean, sanitary environment.
• Sweeps and mops floors, vacuum rugs, cleans windows, dusts and polishes furniture and cleans bathrooms as indicated in the facility maintenance to do list.
• Maintains landscaping and lawns by utilizing lawn mower, hedge trimmer and other various garden equipment.
• Ensures lawns are properly watered and maintained.
• Notifies management of occurring deficiencies.

Stock Supply Rooms

• Stocks and maintains supply rooms.

Follow Health and Safety Regulations

• Fulfills responsibilities while following all health and safety regulations.

Trash Management

• Gathers and empties trash.

Clean Common Areas

• Keeps sidewalks, yards, stairs and around the site, driveways and steps clean from debris.

Other Duties

• May require shoveling snow, as well as salt and sand areas.
• Keeps bathrooms stocked with paper towels, toilet tissue and soap.

Additional Duties

• Performs other duties as requested.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency diploma or experience in general maintenance work.
• A valid NYS Driver’s License is required.
