Their Rexburg property sits squarely in student housing territory, which means the cleaning and groundskeeping work here has a rhythm that's distinct from conventional multifamily. Turns happen fast, common areas take real abuse, and curb appeal matters to prospects who are often visiting for the first time with their parents in tow.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled cleaning checks inside residents' apartments, combining consistency, documentation, and professional resident interactions
• Maintain common areas, hallways, parking structures, and grounds to ensure the property looks sharp before prospect tours
• Pick up debris and animal waste from the grounds
• Keep the clubhouse and leasing office presentable
• Handle basic landscaping upkeep
• Clear snow and ice during Rexburg winters
• Provide light maintenance assistance as needed

Requirements

• Some janitorial or cleaning experience, even informal
• Ability to work through daily tasks without needing constant direction
• Physical capability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for a full shift
• A genuinely friendly approach with residents and team members

Schedule
