Cleaner/Maintenance

About the role

Peabody Properties seeks an experienced Cleaner/Maintenance to join its team at an apartment community in Roxbury, MA. The role assists the site Management Team with the efficient operation of the property.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the buildings common areas and other assigned areas
• Janitorial and grounds care
• Performs work orders, including snow/ice removal
• Maintains exterior grounds according to company standards

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
• Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated
• Excellent customer service skills
• Reliable vehicle required to fulfill essential duties of the job
• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of previous cleaning experience
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
