About the role
Peabody Properties seeks an experienced Cleaner/Maintenance to join its team at an apartment community in Cambridge, MA. The Cleaner/Maintenance role is to assist the site Management Team with the efficient operation of the property.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the buildings common areas and other assigned areas
- Janitorial and grounds care
- Performs work orders, including snow/ice removal
- Maintains exterior grounds according to company standards
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
- Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated
- Excellent customer service skills a must
- Reliable vehicle required to fulfill essential duties of the job
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of previous cleaning experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Pay
$25/hr. - $30/hr.
