About the role

Kirklees Cleaning Service is seeking five cleaners to join their existing teams at Huddersfield Library. Four positions are available for 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM. One position is for 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the library premises.
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

• Ability to work unsupervised and independently.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driving license (for 35-hour position).
• First Aid qualification (for 35-hour position).

• Attention to detail.
• Organizational skills.
• Physical stamina.

Pay

The hourly rate for the 10-hour positions is £12.85, while the 35-hour position pays £12.85 per hour.

Schedule

Shifts are available from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM for the 10-hour positions and from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM for the 35-hour position.
