Cleaner

About the role

The Cleaning Authority offers full-time housekeeping work Monday–Friday from 8 am–5 pm, with no weekends and paid holidays. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, visit different homes daily with a partner, and receive 30–40 hours each week. No experience is required; we provide a free 2-week hands-on training program with a professional housekeeper trainer.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional house cleaning services using The Cleaning Authority’s Detail-Clean Rotation System, proven effective in over 20 million cleans across North America.
• Work in different homes every day with a partner to complete all assigned tasks.
• Deliver quality cleanings at affordable prices, helping to improve customers’ lives.

Pay

Starting pay is $16 per hour. You and your team member keep 100% of any tips received.

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm.
• No nights or weekends.
• Paid holidays and paid vacation.

Requirements

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Pass a background check.
• Have a great attitude, be a team player, and take pride in your work.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to The Cleaning Authority’s cleaning standards.
• Ability to be on your feet all day with light lifting (less than 15 pounds).
• Valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

No prior cleaning experience is required. We seek enthusiastic individuals who enjoy cleaning, helping others, and take satisfaction in a job well done.
