As a Cleaner with Royal York Property Management, you will be responsible for a wide range of cleaning duties, from routine maintenance to more specialized tasks, ensuring that properties are kept in pristine condition. You will engage with property owners and contribute to maintaining a welcoming and clean environment for all residents and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Carry out deep cleaning of properties, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Cleaning includes dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.
• Handle specialized cleaning tasks including window washing, and carpet cleaning
• Conduct detailed inspections of areas before and after cleaning, documenting the status
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or repairs required
• Stock and maintain designated facility areas
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Uphold Royal York Property Management's cleaning protocols and standards in all tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a professional cleaning role
• Valid driver's license and access to a functional vehicle
• Knowledge of various cleaning methods and use of cleaning equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cleaning team
• Familiarity with safe handling of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Must own an iPhone for job-related communications
• Flexibility to adapt to different cleaning environments and schedules
• Physical stamina and mobility to handle cleaning tasks efficiently
