Responsibilities

• Assisting in preparing vacant apartments for new residents with deep cleaning.
• Helping maintain the property's curb appeal by picking up trash, sweeping, and performing light landscaping tasks.
• Creating a positive, comfortable, and clean atmosphere for everyone in the community.
• Being a valued part of a team that takes pride in maintaining beautiful living spaces.

Requirements

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness.
• Previous experience working as a cleaner is desired.
• Ability to work independently and adapt in an efficient environment.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to excellent service.
• A valid driver's license, an acceptable driving record, and a reliable vehicle to use during the workday.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test, including marijuana.
