About the role

The Cleaner plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors at our corporate facility. This position involves performing a variety of janitorial duties that ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of indoor (and outdoor where requested) spaces. The Cleaner contributes to the overall aesthetic and functional quality of the workplace, promoting a positive atmosphere for productivity.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of office spaces, exam rooms, restrooms, and common areas
• Dusting
• Glass cleaning
• Empty trash
• Restock paper products
• Conduct floor care activities, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness and safety
• Adhere to safety procedures while operating machinery and using cleaning chemicals

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

Preferred (not required):

• Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles
• Floor care experience and floor care machine knowledge
• Window cleaning experience

Skills

The required skills for this position include janitorial duties and floor care, essential for maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Daily tasks will involve using various cleaning techniques and equipment to ensure all areas are hygienic and presentable. Knowledge of safety procedures is crucial when operating machinery.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 10+ pounds regularly
• Bend, stretch, twist, reach above head, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods of time
• Climb stairs

Pay

• 6014-LC: Flat rate pay of $17.00 wages and $3.00 non-taxable for transportation per clean
• 7232-LC: Flat rate pay of $17.00 wages and $8.00 non-taxable for transportation per clean

Schedule

• 5 days per week, Mondays through Fridays
• 1 hour of work per day, between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM
• No Saturday or Sunday work permitted
