About the Role

The Cleaner plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors at our corporate facility. This position involves performing a variety of janitorial duties that ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of indoor (and outdoor where requested) spaces. The role contributes to the overall aesthetic and functional quality of the workplace, promoting a positive atmosphere for productivity.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of office spaces, exam rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Dusting, glass cleaning, emptying trash, and restocking paper products.
• Conduct floor care activities, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Adhere to safety procedures while operating machinery and using cleaning chemicals.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles.
• Floor care experience and floor care machine knowledge.
• Window cleaning experience.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 10+ pounds regularly.
• Bend, stretch, twist, reach above head, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods of time.
• Climb stairs.

Skills

The required skills for this position include janitorial duties and floor care, ensuring all areas are hygienic and presentable. Knowledge of safety procedures is crucial when operating machinery to perform tasks without risk to oneself or others.

Pay

$18.00 per hour.

Schedule

2 hours of work, twice per week on Tuesday and Thursdays between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
