Cleaner

About the role

As a Cleaner you play an important role in keeping the restaurant clean, organized, and welcoming for both guests and team members. You will be responsible for cleaning, restocking, and maintaining all areas of the restaurant, including employee and guest restrooms, kitchen areas, dining spaces, and storage areas. Your work ensures Din Tai Fung’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize employee and guest restrooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, dining spaces, and storage areas.
• Restock supplies as needed throughout the restaurant.
• Support a smooth and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
• Perform any other job‑related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Friendly, energetic, and highly motivated attitude.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Open availability.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to provide documentation to work in the United States legally.
